Physician office staff and providers are able to directly access Sierra View Medical Center’s electronic health record (EHR) for essential health information to enhance continuity of care for their patients.
EHR access is provided through the VMware application. There are multiple versions of this application, so to ensure full functionality within the EHR, including printing capability, the version required is VMware Client 7.5 version 5.2.2. It is the responsibility of the office staff and provider to ensure their IT systems and hardware meet the required specifications to operate and support the VMware Client. Sierra View IT support is available over the phone at 559-788-6090 for questions and troubleshooting.

Sierra View IT support is available for troubleshooting and installation, if needed, but will rely heavily on the IT staff of individual vendor/billing offices to assist in troubleshooting the company’s information system.
