January 2022 Employee of the Month Announced: Gabriela Beltran, RCP

Join us in celebrating our Employee of the Month for January 2022, Gabriela Beltran! Gabriela is a Respiratory Care Practitioner dedicated to treating patients and team members fairly and professionally. She was nominated for the award by Manager of Respiratory Care Services Jennifer Regalado.

As a recent addition to Sierra View Medical Center, Gabriela hit the ground running in the department and has recently stepped into a secondary role as an interim lead when one is not scheduled. Gabriela's coworkers have nothing but good things to say about her and the way she handles herself in the professional setting.

Already, Gabriela lives out Sierra View Medical Center’s Values: Compassion, Collaboration, Accountability, Integrity and Respect. She is known for being compassionate and collaborative. “She works well with all other departments to help patients get the best care possible,” says Jennifer. “She holds herself and others accountable by knowing what is expected of her and asking questions when she's unsure.”
