795 Vaccines Administered at Community Vaccination Clinic

Porterville's Vaccine Roundup was yet again a success. This time around, 795 lifesaving COVID-19 vaccines were administered. That means that nearly $80,000 in federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) were given out in the form of $100 Gift Cards to local Porterville Businesses. The incentive was coordinated in partnership with City of Porterville and the positive effects will be felt in increased public health and patient safety as well as in a much-needed stimulus to the local economy.
