February Employee of the Month Announced: Tyson Harness, Clinical Analyst

The Employee of the Month award for the month of February goes to Tyson Harness, a Clinical Analyst supporting clinical operations through his work in the ACS department. Before working in analytics, Tyson was a respiratory therapist. When the COVID pandemic began, the need for respiratory services support only increased, and Tyson was ready to get right back into respiratory care. He brought with him the uplifting attitude he’s known for and worked days and nights both within the hospital and our skilled nursing area.

“He is always there to lend a hand on the floors or help get the following shifts scheduled,” says Respiratory Care Practitioner Tiffany Silva, who nominated him for this recognition. “We could not have made it through these difficult times without him.”

Of his move to ACS, Director Clinical Informatics/Education, ACS, Traci Follett says she believes Tyson has found his calling. “Tyson shines in any role he is in,” she says. Joining the ACS team right before a big transition to Meditech 6.1 and, Tyson hit the ground running! “He has a sixth sense when it comes to system set up, design and maintenance. And, he is just a joy to work with, always patient and kind, always positive, always helpful, always professional!” says Traci.
