Sierra View Medical Center (SVMC) understands that medical services can be an unexpected expense. Our Patient Financial Services department is here to assist you in making bill payments, answer your billing related questions and provide options available to our patients who are uninsured or underinsured. If you are facing financial hardship, we encourage you to apply to Medi-Cal or explore other government programs that may be of assistance. If you do not qualify for those programs, or if you have substantial financial liabilities despite having insurance, you may qualify for our financial assistance program.
If you need help in your language, please call (559) 788-6200 or (559) 788-6143 or visit our Financial Counselors. The office is open Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM and is located at 465 W. Putnam Ave. Porterville CA 93257.
