Medical/Surgical Services

Our Medical/Surgical Unit is a 77-bed department dedicated to general inpatient care. Med/Surg patients are hospitalized for a variety of medical diagnoses as well as recovery from surgical operations. Our Med/Surg Department also includes seven beds with specialized pediatric care capabilities.

The Medical/Surgical Unit is a specialty area within our hospital focused on providing care to patients with a broad range of conditions. Our Med/Surg nurses are medical professionals with experience and qualifications to handle a variety of symptoms and conditions. The Med/Surg Unit typically provides services including, but not limited to:

• Patient assessments
• Administration of medications
• Monitoring services
• Patient education
