Get ready for school with the Sierra View Community Health Center!
Now until August 30th, we are offering Back to School Immunizations and Physicals to prepare your child for the upcoming school year. The first 100 students to get their immunization or physical will receive a free backpack filled with school supplies!
Eligible services include:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- DTAP/Tdap
- Polio, MMR
- Chicken Pox
- HPV
- Meningococcal
- Sports Physicals
- Back-to-School Physicals
- Wellness Visits
