Our Distinct Part Skilled Nursing Facility (DP/SNF) is one of the finest subacute facilities in Tulare County. Our 35-bed facility serves medically fragile patients who are no longer in need of acute hospital care, but still require a higher level of support than that of a traditional skilled nursing facility.

Our specialty is caring for the ventilator dependent patients and those that require 24/7 Respiratory Therapy. DP/SNF services include, but are not limited to: intravenous therapy, provision of nutrition via tube feeding, and complex wound care.

Being a distinct part of the hospital, we offer the best and immediate access to emergency and acute care services whenever the need arises.
